Since I began my health journey, I’ve accumulated a new set of what I consider my go to list or favorites and I want to share them all with you! As I get ready to start a new show tomorrow and disappear into a temporary bubble, I wanted to take some time to share with you some of my go to favorites while I’m on temporary hiatus. Check them out and let me know what you think!

Favorite Comfort Recipe: Deliciously Ella’s Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup (If you ever come to my house and I say I’m making soup, theres a strong chance it’s this recipe. I’m obsessed. Simple, flavorful and full of fresh veggies and herbs. What’s not to love?!)

Favorite Protein: Arbonne’s Vanilla Protein (I did the Arbonne detox* earlier this year and this guy won a place in my heart. It’s such a great vanilla that pairs well in any shake or smoothie recipe.)

Favorite Smoothie Spot: KaleMeCrazy (they recently built one close to where I live and it’s becoming an obsession. I had an acai bowl for lunch and it was awesome!)

Favorite Sweet Treat: Pinkberry (I try to limit my sugar in take as much as possible, but I occasionally treat myself. I recently discovered that Pinkberry has a coconut milk froyo and it’s incredible.)
