When I first added journaling into my morning routine a year ago, I could have never anticipated how much affirmations would change my life. As I’ve focused on doing the mental work to unwind thought patterns I didn’t even realize I was carrying around, I’ve found that redirecting my thoughts has been key. So today, as I know many of us are in a season of transition, I thought I would share some of my favorites that I pull strength from time and time again.
