How To Do The 75 Love Reset

Categories Life

Since I originally coined the idea of 75 Love 2.5 years ago, I’ve gotten requests to create a more concrete version. Ask and you shall receive. It’s officially time for us to do our first round of 75 love together.

How To Do The 75 Love Reset

Now if you’ve never heard of 75 Love, don’t worry. I created this reset with the intention that there’s a power in being aware of our choices. And learning how to support ourselves and making the most aligned choices for us is insanely powerful vs just checking things off a list daily for 75 days. I go into the why and deeper aspects of each thing we will be doing for the reset. But let’s go over the checklist and a few other things first so you can get ready to transform your life!

75 Love vs 75 Hard

75 Love is created with the expectation that we are reconnecting emotionally, spiritually, and physically with ourselves, our goals, and our desires. There is no failing at 75 Love. Rather, we’re creating the time to step out our normal patterns to acknowledge how we can best move forward, while also giving ourselves the time to gently process & feel our feelings and truly slow down.

75 Love was created in mind for the woman who has been living so heavily in her masculine energy. Maybe she’s feeling burnt out, lost, or just unsure of her next steps. This is her time to feel, create, and let the universe give her her desires with more ease.

It was created for the doer who needed to find ways to learn to just be rather than filling every single minute of her calendar and consuming content all day every day. For the procrastinator. For the overthinker.

It was created as a way to help you get unstuck.

How To Do 75 Love Successfully

My hope is always that those who find 75 Love are able to come into this with the mindset of creating lasting change. The checklist (below) is only one part of the conversation. If you’d like to learn more about the pre-work, post-work, journal prompts, and the tools I’ve shared to help make this more than just a 75 challenge, you can find that information here.

75 Love Checklist

I am committing to doing the following for the next 75 days:

30-minute quite time outside daily

Trying 1 new creative thing per week

Spending 15-30 minutes per day on my “I’ve been procrastinating list”

Journaling and/or voice noting daily

Working out 3-5 days per week  (at least 30 minutes per workout)

Putting a 15-minute timer on ALL my social media apps and sticking to it

Setting a daily water goal and hitting it

Eating in a way that best supports my body

Writing down 10 things I’m thankful for before I go to bed

Stretching for 10 minutes a day

No social media or news before 10 am

Remove or no alcohol

No drama content/podcasts/reality shows/etc

No more than 30 minutes of escapism content per day

*Practice being fully present with the content you are consuming. We want to be aware of how all the noise is training our belief systems. So no scrolling while you watch tv. Before you choose to engage in any content ask yourself – will this support the beliefs I’m trying to create for my life?
