My Sephora VIB Sale Picks & Wishlist

Categories Beauty

Oh why hello there. It’s me again. Your beauty obsessed friend that loves a good sale. And while I may not be rocking that Sephora VIB Rouge status, I’m still excited for this Spring’s VIB sale. So in the spirit of a good list, I’ve going for a two in one today. First up I’m going to share all my picks for the sale. These are the things I love that if you’ve been thinking about snagging, it’s the perfect time. And secondly, I’m sharing everything that’s in my cart to try. Let’s talk beauty!

1. Clinque Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm*

One of my favorites for night time cleansing. If you’re into double cleansing, and I am, then this balm is amazing for a first cleanse. You can also use it for both but I prefer a bit more exfoliation in my 2nd cleanse. It’s great for breaking down make up and just generally cleansing your face. If you’re looking to try out a new cleansing bomb, I’d highly recommend it.

2. Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara*

If you told me I could only wear one item of make up, I’d almost always pick mascara. It’s my thing. I love big lashes and I cannot lie. But I haven’t quite mastered the art of fake lashes so I stick with my mascara to get the job done. Monsieur Big is perfect for the girl who loves volume. If you’re into thick, full lashes, and feel like spending a little more, this would be a top pick. It doesn’t quite give the length I want but my lashes look full and it makes my eyes look more open.

3. Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion Ultra-Longwear Foundation*

I don’t think I’ve properly raved about this foundation. But it’s seriously been a favorite every since I got it. Personally, I love the look make up gives but I hate looking like it’s caked on my face. Luckily, this doesn’t do that. It’s perfect for all day wear and has great coverage. If you haven’t found your go to foundation, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Laura Mercier gem. You need it in your life.

4. Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer*

Yep, I’m still here. And I’m still obsessed with this concealer. I don’t see that going away any time soon. Now I will say I don’t wear it under my eyes. It’s a bit too much for me there. But it’s a staple for covering all my blemishes or acting as my “foundation” on no make up days. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, now would be the time when you can score a VIB sale discount.

5. Benefit Gimme Brow+*

It’s back! Aren’t we glad I can finally link this product again? I’ve been using my old one sparingly since there was no set return but now that it’s back I’m a full time Gimme user again. I love how this thickens my brows without being too much. It helps make everything look fuller but isn’t too dark or gel like. I use it with my benefit brow pencil and it gives my eyebrows amazing shape and lasts all day. What more could a girl want?

6. Dior Addict Lip Glow Color Reviver Balm*

If you’re a regular here, this one shouldn’t be a surprised. Heck, the next few are probably something you’re tired of hearing about. But just in case you need the reminder, let me tell you about my love for Dior lip glow. It’s honestly something for everyone. If you like balm or just a smidge of color, you’ll love this. And it’s perfect for giving you a bit of glow without the work of color matching. Seriously. I’m obsessed. I own the coral & pink and will continue to tell everyone about my love for it. Try it.

7. Nars NARSsissist Wanted Eye Shadow Palette*

I have a thing about buying eye shadow palettes. Now a days, I like to wait to hear the love from some of my favorites for them before dropping my cash. Palettes take up so much room and if they aren’t good, that’s a lot of wasted make up and space. But this Nars palette is dreams. If you weren’t into Naked Heat last year and haven’t jumped on Naked Heat Petite, this might just be your palette unicorn. It’s filled with beautiful warm tone shadows and a few sparkly wonders. I’ve been traveling and using this one non-stop for months. It’s definitely a bit pricier so if you’re thinking about getting it, I’d recommend snagging it during the VIB sale. But it’s one of my absolute favorites.

8. Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Power*

When it comes to setting powder, I don’t think I give this one enough credit. I don’t change from it too often and when I do I always go back. Setting my under eye concealer is the key to making my make up last all day. And this powder has been helping me do that for years. If you haven’t tried this cult classic and you’re looking for a new powder, I’d highly recommend picking this up.

9. Peter Thomas Roth – Pumpkin Enzyme Mask*

This is your friendly reminder that yes, I’m still in love with this mask. I’ve been trying other things lately but I’m sure it will be preached about regularly again soon. If you’ve been thinking about trying this wonder mask, now would be the time. It’s perfect for giving your face that boost and just bringing your skin back to life. Yep, still obsessed.

10. Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb*

This eye bomb was my saving grace last fall. When I started to get dehydrated under eyes and couldn’t find a solution, I couldn’t have been happier to discover this product. It’s super light but does the job well. And it lasts for a good three months. If you’re eyes are struggling, this is one of the best and semi-affordable eye creams on the market. Worth every penny.

11. Make Up For Ever Aqua Lip Waterproof Lipliner Pencil*

For the last few months, I’ve been working my way through Allana’s videos on Youtube. And her obsession with this pencil has me curious. I love a good lip liner so I’m hoping to grab this in her standard 5c or 3c. Plus, as it gets hotter, I want something that will last all day. Waterproof sounds like a winner to me!

12. Ren Wake Up Wonderful Night-Time Facial*

I recently read an interview with Katey Denno who mentioned this product. She said it was her go to for models who wanted to look like they slept but maybe had a later night. And every one of them was impressed. So of course, I need it in my life. I love products that work while you’re sleeping. And if it gives me that extra bit of glow, sold!

13. Lilah B. Bronzed Beauty Bronzer Duo*

Over the last few months, I’ve been keeping my eye out for green beauty products with rave reviews. This is one of them. I love the twisting compact on it but also the color duo. And while I’m trying to finish/hit pan on a few bronzers, this one is definitely going to have to come to my collection soon.

14. Lilah B. Flawless Finish Foundation*

Again, another rave product I’ve been hearing about. I’m not super into powder foundations currently. But this one looks like it might be a nice green beauty setting powder choice. I haven’t tried anything from Lilah B. yet so I hoping to start with something I can use a lot.

15. Ilia True Skin Serum Foundation*

There’s something about a serum foundation lately that just sounds so appealing. Again, I’m not into heavy make up for every day. I like a good tinted moisturizer and way too much concealer. But a serum foundation sounds like the middle ground for what I want. Another product I’ve been hearing good things about and also a clean beauty swap. This is definitely one to make its way into my life soon.

16. Lancome Matte Shaker*

I finally grabbed my first matte shaker a few weeks ago during a Sephora outing and fell in love. It’s perfect for giving a good amount of color but without being overly drying on the lips. I have my eyes on one of the juicy ones and maybe another matte color this time around. But it’s perfect for a night out or even just a tint of color.

17. Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm*

Have I mentioned I love a good cleansing balm? There’s just something so satisfying about melting your make up away at night. I’ve heard loads of amazing things about Farmacy’s sheet masks. But this balm peaked my interest as something to try when my current cleansing oil runs out. I love to make my night time routine into a mini pamper & spa session. And this balms fits the bill.

18. Volition Beauty Turmeric Brightening Polish*

Whenever I cleanse at night, I like a bit of a scrub in my second cleanse most days. Nothing too crazy but I want to make sure I’m gently exfoliating my skin to get off dead skin cells. So when I saw this turmeric polish, I knew I would need it in my life. It’s a new to me brand and I haven’t heard much. But everything I’ve read so far has me curious enough to want to buy it. Add in a VIB sale, and I’m sold. I’ll keep you posted on how it works.

19. Giorgio Armani Beauty Eccentrico Mascara*

And I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t end my wishlist with a mascara. I’ve heard Amelia Liana rave about this mascara for the last few months. It’s meant to be a buildable mascara that gives volume. Yep, I need it. Plus it’s long wearing which is perfect because I have quite a few events coming up soon. See, totally justifiable?
