There’s something about a perfect morning routine that makes me happy. I know that if I can kick my day off right then everything else in the day is sure to be okay. And while we aren’t really going for perfection per say, there are quite a few things we can do to make sure that your morning routine sets you up for success.
Today’s episode is a deep dive of all the questions you need to know so you can craft the routine that works for you. Everyone has their perfect morning routine. I’ve changed mine so many times over the years. But with a bit of intention, time and a few tweaks, you can make the most of your early hours!
Currently, my routine looks a lot like this: wake up, pee, take the dogs out, prep for the gym, go to the gym, workout, come home and get ready for the day. There’s a few things that vary in there. I also choose to add in certain activities the night before to make sure my mornings go even smoother. Ie. laying out my gym clothes so I don’t wake up and realize I haven’t done laundry. 😂
Your perfect morning routine might involve having time to eat breakfast with your kids, making time to work on your side hustle or being able to meditate. Whatever you decide, it’s really all about YOU. Your needs. Your intentions. It’s about setting YOU up for success.
