The What Savvy Said Podcast Is Here!

Categories Life, Podcast

This has been a LONG time coming. A very long time. Creating a podcast for this space has always been in the back of my head but never something I thought I would do. Why would I start a podcast? What would I even talk about? Who would listen? Alas, here we are starting 2020 with a new space of content: The What Savvy Said Podcast.

What can you expect?

More conversations about mental health. More discussion about how to become your best self. And a lot more conversations for my creative babes. There’s a fine art in navigating creativity and productivity. Sure, there are a million books out there that will tell you that you need to stay up later or sacrifice it all to get your dreams. I don’t doubt that it takes hard work.

But what I’ve found myself as a creative entrepreneur is that at some point it’s hard to justify everything if you aren’t getting to create. If you’re sacrificing everything and never really getting to enjoy the passion of creating, there’s a disconnect. And my hope is that The What Savvy Said podcast can help navigate that disconnect.

Who Is It For?

For as long as I’ve created content, it’s always been with my girls in mind. It’s not to say that any male wouldn’t enjoy the podcast. But ladies, this one is for you.

Will There Be Interviews?

There are a lot of podcasts out there that have interviews in them. And there might be a time where I think there are people who’s conversations I want to add into the mix. But right now I would say no. The goal of the podcast is for me to be able to give coaching resource with very targeted info. So for now, it’s just us.

When will new episodes be up?

Mondays and Fridays. You will find a motivation monday episode bright and early Monday morning. And on Friday’s we will do a deep dive into a specific topic or question. If there’s something you’d like to dig more into, you can always email [email protected]

What does this mean for the blog?

If you’re a regular reader of the blog, don’t worry there will still be content. The usual M&F post will be show notes. Wednesdays will be a bit more centered around content I think will help push you towards your goals. And for the occasional beauty or style bit I just need to share, there will be a special Savvy Sunday post.

It’s a new season here at WSS. I strongly believe 2020 is going to be an incredible year and I’m beyond excited to be launching into this new space. I’m so so grateful to everyone who has come along for the journey and will continue along with me in the future.

Until next time. Xoxo, Savvy
