Whether you’re always on the go or simply just never near a gym, finding time for a workout might be the last thing on the list. If you’re on the road, there might be a gym in the hotel. Or maybe you simply don’t have the extra time to spend in the car to get to the gym. Whatever the case may be, today I’m sharing my favorite workouts you do that fit both time and budget.
If you have a smart phone or an internet connection, you can find a way to workout. Even if you don’t, it’s easy to watch the workouts before you leave and write down the circuits. When I’m pressed for time or the weather is miserable, I have a few go to people I watch.
Whitney Simmons – Seriously one of my faves, Whitney has energy that encourages you to workout and live fit. Her youtube and instagram are both filled with quick workouts that pack a punch in little to no time.
Tone It Up – From series workouts, to meal plans to protein, these girls have it all. The Tone It Up girls have tons of videos on their channel that will motivate you to push just a little harder. Plus, you can do them in your living room.
Yoga with Adrienne – One of my favorite channels when I’m in need of at home yoga. Whether your new or seasoned, Adrienne teaches you how to do yoga from the comfort of your home. It’s the perfect way to stretch it out after a long journey or to relax before bed.
Blogilates – I love Cassey from Blogilates. She keeps it real consistently and makes you want to do the work. Her energy is contagious and even though she is kicking your butt you just keep working.
Now, I know that there are tons more workouts you can find on youtube but these are a few of my favorites. These women inspire me to reach for my fitness goals and I hope they’ll do the same for you.
