Super easy and ready in no time. This veggie recipe is perfect as an appetizer, snack or side dish.
If using a convection oven/air fryer, preheat your oven to 350F.
Spread out your brussel sprout halves & lightly coat with olive oil spray. Add salt and pepper.
Add the tray to the oven and fry for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them around the 12 minute mark to make sure they don't over cook.
While the sprouts are cooking, make your sauce.
In a small bowl, add the mayo and garlic powder.
Whisk in the water a little at a time until your sauce is smooth but thick. You may not need all the water.
Once your brussel sprouts are done, serve them hot with a drizzle of sauce.
Store leftovers seperately in the fridge.
