Ingredients
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts cut in half
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • olive oil spray
Garlic Aioli Sauce

    garlic aioli mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. If using a convection oven/air fryer, preheat your oven to 350F.

  2. Spread out your brussel sprout halves & lightly coat with olive oil spray. Add salt and pepper.

  3. Add the tray to the oven and fry for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them around the 12 minute mark to make sure they don't over cook.

Make the sauce
  1. While the sprouts are cooking, make your sauce.

  2. In a small bowl, add the mayo and garlic powder.

  3. Whisk in the water a little at a time until your sauce is smooth but thick. You may not need all the water.

Finish It
  1. Once your brussel sprouts are done, serve them hot with a drizzle of sauce.

  2. Store leftovers seperately in the fridge.
