    garlic aioli mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  1. If using a convection oven/air fryer, preheat your oven to 350F.

  2. Spread out your brussel sprout halves & lightly coat with olive oil spray. Add salt and pepper.

  3. Add the tray to the oven and fry for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them around the 12 minute mark to make sure they don't over cook.

  3. Whisk in the water a little at a time until your sauce is smooth but thick. You may not need all the water.

Finish It
  1. Once your brussel sprouts are done, serve them hot with a drizzle of sauce.

  2. Store leftovers seperately in the fridge.
