  • 8 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped canned, rotisserie, etc
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1-2 tbsp filtered water
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • 3 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • salt + pepper to taste
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together your mayonaise and water. If you prefer a creamier salad, swap the water for more mayo.

  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken breast and mayo.

  3. Next, add in your celery, grapes, pistachios, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

  4. Prep your lettuce/bread*/other serving vessel and add your waldorf salad.

  5. Enjoy!
