A healthier version of your favorite Starbucks drink. Paleo, keto and vegan friendly!
Add chai syrup, almond milk and espresso (if using) to your favorite mug.
Stir to combine.
Add in ice.
Pop in a straw and enjoy. You now have your fave iced latte to conquer your day!
*I love to use to NuNaturals syrups. They are keto, vegan and paleo friendly! But you can also rock this DIY with just some chai tea bags. Steep 3 bags of chai in 10 oz of water for 5-8 minutes. Then add 1/4-1/2 cup of tea concentrate in place of the 2 tbsp of syrup. You'll also want to add a different sweetener. Maple syrup is great for paleo/vegan diets. Stevia or NuNatural's Vanilla Syrup is fab as well.
