A healthier version of your favorite Starbucks drink. Paleo, keto and vegan friendly!

  • 2 tbsp chai syrup **see note for diy alternative
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 shot espresso optional
  1. Add chai syrup, almond milk and espresso (if using) to your favorite mug.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Add in ice.

  4. Pop in a straw and enjoy. You now have your fave iced latte to conquer your day!

Recipe Notes

*I love to use to NuNaturals syrups. They are keto, vegan and paleo friendly! But you can also rock this DIY with just some chai tea bags. Steep 3 bags of chai in 10 oz of water for 5-8 minutes. Then add 1/4-1/2 cup of tea concentrate in place of the 2 tbsp of syrup. You'll also want to add a different sweetener. Maple syrup is great for paleo/vegan diets. Stevia or NuNatural's Vanilla Syrup is fab as well.
