  • 1 1/3 cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp grain free baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ice water
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350F and line a baking tray with either a slip mat or parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot powder, baking powder, salt and nutritional yeast.

  3. Next stir in your coconut oil until combined.

  4. Add in the almond milk. And follow with gradually adding the iced water.

  5. The consistency of the dough your form a ball easily but not be too runny.

  6. Using a cookie scoop, form 1 inch dough balls and flatten them slightly with your hand.

  7. Place on your baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
