So you’ve landed here and you’re thinking about making a life change. Maybe you feel like life hasn’t quite been going your way. You’ve opened yourself up to the idea of making changes, but then you think: who the f possibly has all this time? How could I even fit 75 Love in my life?
So today I’m going to walk you through how to create a custom version of 75 Love that works for you and what you need in your life. Don’t worry, I’m going to give you explicit permission to do this your way, make it to the other side, and create the change you’ve been seeking in your life.
Take my hand. Let’s figure out how you get to make 75 Love work for you.

Where People Get It Wrong With 75 Love?
The irony of this is that when I (Savannah the human) designed 75 Love, it was meant to be fluid thing. To take as much or as little as you need so that you feel the most supported, the least stressed, and like things are truly flowing again in your life.
Of course, my friends who are still working beliefs around failure and needing an explicit checklist said no I need to know exactly how to do this. I need to know how I can fail at creating this change in my life.
But here’s the thing: life isn’t a one-size-fits-all thing. Sometimes you need a bit of pie, sometimes you need a really big slice. Your job in doing this first and foremost is to reconnect with what you need and want in life. And to know that no matter what, the choices you’re making will ultimately help you see the changes you need to make, need to explore or have been avoiding all along.
You Can’t Fail 75 Love
Most people assume that when they say “I’m going to do 75 Love” and then don’t finish it – they fail. But if you give yourself an opportunity to learn, how could you possibly be doing it wrong?
We have to redefine failure and success if we want to achieve greatness.
So here’s what I suggest you do, and is a staple in the routine of my life: I get clear on what I want. I map this out for you in the 75 Love Guide, but the point of doing 75 Love isn’t that you’re marking off some checklist. It’s that you’re looking at this chapter in your life and asking: where can I be more supported? Where can I allow myself to be more loved in my life?

You are giving yourself full permission to say this isn’t working and process the feelings (that you’ve been denying/ignoring/avoiding) so that you can truly move forward & be released from this version of your life.
Often, when we slow down to do this, we find that we were drawn to this because we needed to slow down.
You’re already busy. The idea isn’t to make you busy in a new way. But to recognize that you’ve been doing everything possible to slow down in your life. And to understand the fear that’s been running the show this entire time.
You’ll realize when you do this the first time that there’s so much you still get to learn about yourself – emotionally, physically, spiritually – that with every round, you get a little bit better at listening to yourself & consistently honoring your needs in your life.
The needs that have been quietly waiting to be heard will finally have room in your life. It’s breathtaking and life-changing. If you show up for this with openness, it will change your life.
How To Do 75 Love If You Have A Busy Life
So here’s what you’re going to do instead (we go more deeply into this in the guide).
I’m going to give you a few questions to ask yourself. Ideally paired with a journal or chatting to a voice note, so you are teaching yourself that you are willing to make time to hear your own needs and to do something about those needs in your life.
Start with whichever section feels right and go from there.
Planning 75 Love For A Busy Life
Of the 9 buckets in my life that demand my time and attention, and the ones that fill my cup, how am I currently prioritizing my life? (see next section for bucket examples)
Can I allow myself to release any guilt or to stop comparing the needs of this version of my life to my past self?
If I could identify 3 areas in my life that need change, what would I want to see be easier in my life?
What do I no longer need to allow to be standard in my life? And what can I be willing to see or do a different way?
Where am I avoiding stillness and quiet in my life? Where am I avoiding myself and feeling emotions I would rather wish away?
What do I avoid thinking about at all costs? And what do I fear will happen if I slow down and allow it to creep in?
How do I want to feel on the other side of the 75 days?

What This Would Look Like For Me (Example Answers)
Buckets are the areas of life where we divide our energy and time. Depending on your life, your work, and everything, these buckets might look more like a Venn diagram in some areas.
Your buckets might and will likely look different from mine. When you start this, it will probably look a lot like: money, family, friends, business, hobbies, fitness, etc. You can define these however you like. And really, it’s easier initially to see the areas in a more broad way.
However, what you’ll realize with time is that what we do practically often covers more than one thing mentally and emotionally. When you start to look at your buckets in a more soul-fulfilled and life-fulfilled way, things will change.

Where Can You Stop Telling Stories
I hear women say it all the time, “all of these people need me and I don’t have time for myself in my life”. It’s the top reason we push ourselves to the bottom of the list and are the last thing we consider as important in our lives.
So I want you to take some time to sit with your fears (and maybe your bullsh*t).
And ask yourself if you’re willing to start seeing things a different way.
Version A:
I don’t have time. My kids need me. They don’t know how to function without me. Nothing will get done right if I don’t take care of it or if I’m not available all of the time.
Version B:
My kids love me and want me in their lives. But I believe I am meant to be supported, and so are they in their lives. I am open to finding solutions where it feels like everyone is getting their needs met in life. I am willing to look at my fears of what it would mean to let go and have space in this area of my life.

Version A:
I have no time to work out in my life. I want to do this, and I keep procrastinating, but I don’t know why.
Version B:
I realize I’ve built this idea of what it means to be someone who works out in life, and I accept that this version doesn’t have to be the only one available in my life. Also, I know that working out doesn’t have to be about going to the gym, but rather how I’m managing my stress and making time for movement in my life. I am open to being supported in a new, loving way.
As women, we’ve been so conditioned to be caretakers and to lose weight. It’s so deeply woven into our brains that we don’t always see that there is another way or another reason to do things in life. With every iteration of 75 Love, you’ll find that you’re shedding old layers and stories while learning to love yourself in a new, deeper, and even more beautiful way.
Audit Your Emotional Space
While it’s okay to lean into the checklist, I think understanding your time, emotional, and energetic exchanges throughout the day will be your biggest takeaway.
Whenever I feel like I’m getting everywhere and nowhere all at the same time, I start with this and find it’s much easier to find a better flow for my day.
Instead of creating a checklist for your day, grab a notepad and write down the chunks of your day as you complete them. It’s almost like food journaling for your mind. Note, don’t write down what you intend to do, but rather make it a point every 60-90 minutes of everything you just did.
I did this recently and what shocked with what I saw, even just recording a few hours of my day.
You might notice a certain cycle of things that are negatively setting up or impacting your mental health throughout the day. If you’re me, you notice where you’re creating more doubt instead of believing things can & do get to be okay. I.e., checking on something a million times after it’s done instead of trusting that things can go your way.
So often, what I’ve realized is that we think we don’t have time, but really, we don’t have emotional space. We see the weight of the world and decide to carry it on our shoulders, and we’re constantly getting in our own way.
Creating the emotional space so that we can feel and see the love we get to have for ourselves and receive from others is how we stay the fulfilled version of ourselves that gets to pour out more love.

How I Would Do 75 Love If Were Designing It Today
Once you’ve taken the time to take a closer look at your stories and audit your emotional space, let’s go back to the beginning.
What would you want life to look like a few months from now? What do you want to no longer feel like you’re required to carry? Where would you want to feel more loved? Where would things be easier? What would simply exist because it was standard in your world?
If there were no carved stone, only a typewriter for the story of your life, what would you believe you had the power to change? What new story would you write?
Remember this is about seeing the power to design your ENTIRE life, not just how often you workout or eat in a day.
An Example
I would choose to slowly start my day. Making time for quiet observation of my needs and desires every morning. (This might look like journaling, painting, doing a puzzle, etc. Anything where you feel as though I know I get to be a priority in my day. I make time to observe my thoughts and listen to myself. Because I know if I don’t listen to myself, no one will ever know what I need or want.)
I would choose a workout routine that honors my need for emotional release and to feel strong & free. (It doesn’t have to take up all of your time. It just needs to be the version that fits in your life.)
I would nourish myself in a way that honors healing and choosing myself as a priority. (For me, this currently means making cooking a priority. For you, it might mean saying I enjoy this, but it feels like less of a priority right now, and I’m open to being supported in doing this a different way.)
Alright friends, we’ve covered a lot today. So here’s what I’m going to do. You can get the 75 Love guide here. I walk you through step by step how to create the perfect version of this for yourself along with how to navigate the things that come up when you take all of the busyness away.
As always, the journal prompts and what to do on the other side are included in this. But you can find more journal prompts for deep reflection on the Patreon page. For now, I love you. I’m so proud of you. And I can’t wait to see how you choose to do life your way! Until next time. Xoxo, Savvy
